The Savoy Swing Club Performance Troupe is a non-profit, all-volunteer group of dancers who perform and teach swing dance at a variety of local events. Our mission is to present and promote swing dance to the community focusing on dances popular in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
The Savoy Swing Club Performance Troupe was created in 1993 along with the founding of its parent organization, the Savoy Swing Club. The troupe was the first performance troupe for Lindy Hop based out of the Pacific Northwest region and, during the club's infancy, every club member was considered a member of the Performance Troupe.
The SSC Performance Troupe is available for events and parties with auditions for new members held every September.
