The SSC Performance Troupe performs and teaches Lindy Hop, 1930′s jazz, and other Swing Era dances popular in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. We are a non-profit, all volunteer, group of swing dancers who perform and teach swing dance at a variety of events.Our mission is to present and promote swing dance to the community. We also like to just have fun dancing!
The Savoy Swing Club Performance Troupe is the first swing dance performance group from the Pacific Northwest. It was created in 1993 along with the founding of its parent organization, the Savoy Swing Club. In fact, during its infancy when membership in the club numbered less than 25, every club member was considered a member of the Performance Troupe
Available for events and parties.
Auditions for new members are held every September.
